SMS Alerts to keep you updated on your transactions

As a cardholder of Cashplus, you can request SMS text alerts to your mobile phone. Here’s how:

TEXT:

• BALANCE to +447797 800 601 – to get your balance details
• LASTTRANS to +447797 800 601 – to get your last five transactions
• STATUS to +447797 800 601 – to check up on the status of your application

Each SMS text alert costs your usual network tariff plus 25p which will be charged to your mobile phone.

Please note the text will be sent by Cashplus on our behalf – they service our cardholders.

You will receive a FREE SMS text alert from Cashplus to notify you of successful card loadings made via a Post Office branch, by phone, online or by wages payment.

Remember, loading at any UK Post Office branch will show in your Cashplus account immediately!

Using text alerts is a great way to easily check any standing orders or bill payments. Alternatively, you could use the mobile app to check these and other various information.
